The long cuff prevents snow getting in while the removable liner is easy to wash and dry. Strong polyamide weave on the back of the mittens and hard wearing goat leather on the palm.

Hestra’s Heli Ski Glove was originally created for Canadian ski guides who needed a reliable, warm ski glove for long days of snow and cold.  Just like the adult version, the children’s ski glove is sewn in hardwearing goatskin and weather-resistant 3-layer polyamide.

  • Upper section made of wind, waterproof and breathable HESTRA triton/polyamide fabric
  • Outer made from Army leather-goat leather (Hestra's most durable leather)
  • G-Loft insulation which has a high insulating capacity, even in wet conditions
  • Leather finger tips give extra protection against biting winds
  • Removable Bemberg/polyester lining (extra soft & cosy)
  • A wrist strap reduces the risk of losing a glove when taking it off on a lift to use a phone or adjust goggles
  • Snow lock
  • Strap with velcro closure ensures a secure fit
  • Eagle grip® (shaped or pre-curved the gloves so they follow the natural curve of your hands, giving a more comfortable, closer grip)
  • Eyelet and finger loop for hanging the glove up
  • Tube of leather balm included - Protect the leather every year after skiing with the Hestra Balm before you store away
