Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully, print and keep a copy of them for your reference. A link to these terms will also be in your despatch confirmation email.

1. Little Skiers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2. ORDERING/DELIVERY CHARGES/RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%, where applicable. Orders are accepted at the discretion of Little Skiers and are subject to full payment being authorised and clear of any bank warnings. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and detailing the items in your order. You will also receive an email from RBS Worldpay confirming the transaction has been successful and the amount paid. Little Skiers will not capture (transfer the money to our account) from RBS Worldpay until we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will then despatch your items, capture the money and email confirmation to you. We will not take payment until we have accepted your order and it is ready to be despatched. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
If the goods you order are not available, we will telephone you to offer a substitute. If you decide not to accept the substitute then you will receive the rest of the order and will not be charged for that element of the order. If you decide to accept the substitute, you still can return the item after you have received it if you are not happy with it. Little Skiers will bear the cost of you returning the item.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order in any of these ways:

How do I order online?
- At the product page, select your product (and size, colour and quantity if relevant) and add to your basket
- Proceed to checkout when you have finished shopping
- Your delivery charges and options are shown clearly in the shopping basket as you add items
- Enter any applicable promotion codes you have in the shopping basket page & recalculate
- Sign in if existing customer, register if a new customer or you can checkout as a guest. You’ll be taken to the "ENTER BILLING ADDRESS" page. This must match your card address or the payment could be declined.
- Check the box if your delivery address is different, and complete the different delivery address on the next page.
- Select your delivery service. Where applicable, choose from standard delivery or next day special delivery before 1pm.
- Please add any forthcoming skiing holiday dates in the comments box to ensure your parcel is delivered in time.
- Alternatively, any feedback on our site, product suggestions or general comments will be appreciated.
- Double check your order!
- You will be forwarded to our Secure Payment Page provided by Royal Bank of Scotland Worldpay services
- Select your payment method (mastercard, debit mastercard, visa credit, visa debit, visa electron, paypal, maestro, JCB or solo) and enter your card details and click the "MAKE PAYMENT" button & you are done!
- We will email you to confirm your order but we won’t take payment until your order is ready to send to you. RBS Worldpay will also email you payment confirmation.
Despatch & Delivery
Most orders are delivered to your door within 2 to 7 days but please allow up to 10 days during our and our suppliers busiest periods. Please include your email address during registration to receive an email confirming your order has been despatched. If some items are out of stock but are awaiting a delivery, they may take a little longer than our aim of 2-3 days delivery, but you will receive an email or phone call, with an estimated delivery date. In this instance we cannot offer the special next day delivery option.
Note: If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate packages to give you the fastest service. This will not affect your delivery charges.
We will normally despatch your order the same day if received before 12 noon. Delivery is via Royal Mail, small packages go first class and you can expect them within 2-3 days of placing an order. Larger orders can take 3-5 for delivery via the standard parcel service.
We offer next day guaranteed delivery if ordered before 12 noon costing £8.65. This service is only available weekdays, it cannot be delivered on a Saturday. Any next day deliveries placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be processed for delivery the next Monday. The max weight is 2kg and you will be advised if your order to large for this service.
Please take into account we close for holidays such as Christmas, Easter and all Public Bank Holidays.
If your order is especially urgent due to a imminent skiing holiday, please email us at sales@littleskiers.co.uk or add to the comments section of your order your holiday dates and we will endeavour to process and deliver your order in time. We will always confirm to you by email that we can fulfil the order in time for your holiday.
Stock Availability
We work very hard to keep stock on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative colour/item or you will have the option of waiting for stock or cancelling your order. Usually if an item is out of stock, it is replenished within the next 7 days, so the delay will be minimal. This happens when there is a sudden rush on a particular item. Again, you will be informed by email or telephone immediately.
Delivery Charges
We only charge fair and reasonable postage and the delivery charges are clearly shown in your shopping basket as you add items.
£1.95 for single items of small orders: thermals, fleeces, hats, mittens, goggles, ski tips, nik wax, rucksacks, prosport sun cream & socks
£1.95 for up to five of any combination: neck warmers, lip salves or small tubes of sun protection, hand warmers & glove glue
£3.95 for all other orders to the UK, including BFPO, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, IOW, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
£8.65 for Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm (delivery only on weekdays). Orders must be received before 12 noon and is only available for UK mainland addresses
£8.65 for European Air Mail - taking up to 1 week for delivery
BFPO Addresses
We are happy to post to BFPO addresses. Please ensure we have a contact telephone number in case we have a query regarding your order. Please make sure you put your full name and regiment with the company and battalion with the BFPO number in the postcode box, if you have any problems pls call us on 077 963 77799 and we will be happy to process your order over the telephone.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Returns
Little Skiers want you to be completely satisfied with your order and offer a no quibble returns policy. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, being unworn, unused, unwashed and all tags in place.
This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizen's Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office.
We cannot exchange or accept returns on equipment (ski tip clips or ski trainer) due to grounds of safety, unless they are faulty.
We will refund the price of the product (not the delivery charge), but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price of the returned items should they be found not to be in their original condition and therefore not fully re saleable.
Any refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error in sending incorrect items, or the goods are faulty. Refunds will be made to the original card that the payment was made with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please email sales@littleskiers.co.uk with returns in the subject line. A returns form will be emailed to you for you to complete along with a returns reference number. Please re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging together with the original invoice and completed returns form. Please wrap all items securely. We recommend using a recorded delivery service since Little Skiers cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit. Please make a note of your returns number for future reference.

Cancellations
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please email us or call 07 963 77799. You can part-cancel your order or if there any mistakes noticed after then please call us as soon as possible so we can rectify it. If cancelling an order, we will refund your money, including the original postal charges, within 30 days. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with any of the items or if the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, please contact us via email stating your order number sales@littleskiers.co.uk as you may return them for a full refund or exchange if possible.
3. All orders are processed using RBS World Pay Merchant Services (owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland Group). RBS WorldPay's payment systems achieve optimum levels of security, remote data storage, state of the art encryption techniques and constantly enhance payments and security technology. Your card and account details will be captured on RBS WorldPay secure servers only. Card and account details will not be seen or held by Little Skiers.

the copyright of Little Skiers, and as such can only be used or printed
off by our customers in the process of placing orders with us. For any
other use written permission is required from Little Skiers.

5. Little Skiers aim to maintain an accurate website, with up to date stock, descriptions and pricing. Should an item unexpectedly become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Complaints Procedure
If
you have reason to make a complaint please email or telephone and ask
to speak to Tess Bradshaw. We will do everything in our power to
rectify the situation. Complaints must be made within 7 days of the
problem arising.
7. Other Sites
Little
Skiers does not in any way guarantee the authenticity or calibre of any
of the sites to which we provide links, and is in no way responsible
for their content. They are placed there for your information and as
such you need to ensure yourself of their credentials before ordering
with them.
8. Our Site
Although
we endeavour to ensure that this website is in full working order, we
reserve the right not to fulfil an order, even if payment had been
received, if as the result of a problem of the site or our own computer
facilities we are unable to receive the order. In such circumstances
when an order had been paid for, a full refund would be payable to the
customer. Little Skiers aims to ensure that all prices are correct but
if, due to human error, a mistake has been found we will contact you as
soon as possible to give you the option of paying the correct price or
cancelling your order. If you have already paid and wish to cancel, a
full refund will be given.
9. Product Descriptions
Every effort is made to provide accurate information about the products, only using the manufacturers descriptions and photographs. If you have a specific requirement or any detail that is needed, it is advisable to email us at sales@littleskiers.co.uk and check with our sales staff, because we cannot accept responsibility for errors in the descriptions provided.
10. Little Skiers only deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. All other destinations will have increased postage costs calculated per order. Please call for a specific quote.
11. Privacy & Security
Little Skiers is concerned about the privacy and security of its customers and is committed to providing a secure environment for its customers. We will not pass any details onto a third party and will not hold any credit card or bank details. If you have any questions please email us via the contact us page.
12. Data protection: Little Skiers has a confirmed entry in the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
13. Coupons: Only one discount coupon can be used on a single order and we reserve the right to cancel the order for improper use of discount coupons
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will never share your details with any third party.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
Credit/debit card details are never seen by Little Skiers (unless you place an order by telephone), being dealt with the secure Merchant Payment system, Worldpay. At Little Skiers, we do not have access to such information.
If you pay over the telephone the details are entered into RBS Worldpay systems and never recorded, written down or kept.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
