The Swedish way is layering, on cooler days just wear the body warmer, on chilly, rainy days just wear the jacket, on colder days wear the body warmer in the jacket and on freezing days (including Lapland trips) layer up with base layer thermals and/or the micro-fleece thermal set. The layered approached is designed to see you through from Autumn through to Spring.

"We've been very happy with the set. You can see Amelie my 6 year old in this photo, is wearing the full set recent ski trip including the thermals, and she was snuggly warm.
