International Orders
Orders can only be accepted where the card billing and delivery address match and that someone is present to sign for receipt of the parcel. You will be charged in UK £ sterling. Please find our currency convertor at the bottom of the page. Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions.
Most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 working days.
FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY THE LAST ORDERING DATE FOR ZONE 3 IS SUNDAY 11ITH DECEMBER & ZONE 4 TUESDAY 6TH DECEMBER.
Please note that delivery may be delayed if the international postcode/zip code is entered incorrectly or if duties, taxes or formal customs entry processes apply.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to PO Boxes or international parcel forwarding companies. Parcels that are delayed by these companies are not considered lost by Little Skiers until 20 working days have past and the forwarding company concerned has fully investigated the missing parcel. No replacement goods will be sent until such an investigation has been completed.

If your order is vastly over the 2kg, we reserve the right to contact you with an exact quote as to how much shipping will cost. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order or amend it. To ensure the safe passage of your order, you will need to sign for the package. Please contact us for individual quotes to countries such as Hong Kong, where we can arrange a one-off courier via DHL. Typical costs between £40-60 + VAT.
VAT & Duties
The majority of our items are zero rated for VAT and therefore you will not have been charged VAT. However, a few items such as the ski trainer, goggles or teenage clothing over the age of 14yrs will have VAT included at 20%. If you live in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada or the Channel Islands we will remove the VAT for you at the time of creating the invoice. Your card will consequently be charged a lesser amount which will be shown on your invoice/delivery note. This is not done at point of sale currently.
