Delivery & Returns
Despatch & Delivery
Most orders are delivered to your door within 2 to 7 days but please allow up to 10 days during our and our suppliers busiest periods, especially during extreme weather conditions. We use Royal Mail and Interlink to deliver all orders. Please include your email address during registration to receive an email confirming your order has been despatched.
If some items are out of stock but
are awaiting a delivery, they may take a little longer than our aim of
2-3 days delivery, but you will receive an email or phone call, with an estimated
delivery date. In this instance we cannot offer the special next day delivery option.
Note: If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate packages to give you the fastest service. This will not affect your delivery charges.
We aim to process and despatch orders within 1-2 days, but please allow up to 7 days for despatch (usually during summer holidays). We will normally despatch your order the next working day at the latest. Delivery is via Royal Mail or Interlink, small packages go first class and you can expect them within 2-3 days of placing an order. Larger orders can take 3-5 for delivery via the standard parcel service or courier, again depending on extreme weather conditions and Royal Mail busy periods such as Christmas. Please take this into account when ordering.
STANDARD DELIVERY TAKING BETWEEN 2-7 DAYS TO ARRIVE:
- £2.99 for single items of small orders: thermals,
fleeces, hats, mittens, goggles, ski tips, nik wax, rucksacks, prosport
sun cream & socks (Royal Mail 1st Class post)
- £2.99 for up to five small items of any combination: neck warmers, lip salves or small tubes of sun protection, hand warmers, glove glue & NipperGrip & Ski Tip training aids (Royal Mail 1st Class post)
- £3.99 for all other orders to the UK, including BFPO, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, IOW, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Sent either via Royal Mail Standard Parcels service (3-5 days, except in busy periods such as Xmas or extreme weather when deliveries can take longer) or 1st class for small items.
£8.99 (delivery only on weekdays). Orders must be received before 11am and can only be processed & delivered on weekdays, so only eligible for deliveries on Tuesday through to Friday. Any special deliveries ordered on a Friday therefore will be delivered on Tuesday. Smaller parcels under 2kg will arrive within 24 hours before 1pm and larger parcels are sent via Interlink service, guaranteed delivery in two working days to the majority of UK destinations. Delivery standards may vary for remote areas.. We despatch on the day of the order.
Please remember these orders need a signature and they are fully trackable on-line.
"Collect in person" If you are local to Bottesford, Nottingham you are welcome to collect your order and not pay for a delivery charge. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready, it will usually be the next working day.
Please take into account we close for holidays such as Christmas, Easter and all Public Bank Holidays.
If your order is especially urgent due to a imminent skiing holiday, please email us at sales@littleskiers.co.uk or add to the comments section of your order your holiday dates and we will endeavour to process and deliver your order in time. We will always confirm to you by email that we can fulfil the order in time for your holiday.
Stock Availability
We work very hard to keep stock
on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen
product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible for you to
pick an alternative colour/item or you will have the option of waiting
for stock or cancelling your order. Usually if an item is out of stock,
it is replenished within the next 7 days, so the delay will be minimal.
This happens when there is a sudden rush on a particular item. Again,
you will be informed by email immediately.
For international orders please call 01949 842 300 or email sales@littleskiers.co.uk where we will calculate an exact postal charge according to the weight of your order and take the order over the phone. Delivery charges will be set by Royal Mail rates and based purely on weight and the service/speed of delivery you require. We only accept orders from countries outside of the UK via our telephone payments systems due to extra security checks that need to be undertaken.
BFPO Addresses
We are happy to post to BFPO addresses. Please ensure we have a contact telephone number in case we have a query regarding your order. Please make sure you put your full name and regiment with the company and battalion with the BFPO number in the postcode box, if you have any problems pls call us on 077 963 77799 and we will be happy to process your order over the telephone.
Payment
We accept payment either by credit or debit card (visa, MasterCard, American express, solo, delta and switch)
or pay pal.

Returns
Little Skiers want you to be completely satisfied with your order and offer a no quibble returns policy. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, being unworn, unused, unwashed and all tags in place. However, during the Xmas period we extend the returns period to 6 weeks from date of purchase.
We cannot exchange or accept returns on equipment (ski tip clips or ski trainer) due to grounds of safety, unless they are faulty.
We will refund the price of the product (not the delivery charge), but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price of the returned items should they be found not to be in their original condition and therefore not fully re saleable.
Any refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error in sending incorrect items, or the goods are faulty. Refunds will be made to the original card that the payment was made with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please email sales@littleskiers.co.uk with returns in the subject line. A returns form will be emailed to you for you to complete along with a returns reference number. Please re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging together with the original invoice and completed returns form. Please wrap all items securely. We recommend using a recorded delivery service since Little Skiers cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit. Please make a note of your returns number for future reference.

As children's clothes are VAT exempt, most items are zero-rated but any items subject to 20% tax has this included in the price.
