What are your delivery charges?

Charges are dependent upon your order:

Very small light weight items: Up to four of any combination of: Clipsticks, Tub-E-Sticks or Neck warmers are £1.95

Single orders of light items: (Fleeces, hats, mittens, goggles, ski tip connectors, Nik Wax, thermals, rucksacks & socks) are £1.95

Mutliples of the above or heavy, bulky items, (maximum amount charged) £3.95


We can also offer the following delivery options:

Can I pay over the telephone?

We can now accept payments over the phone.  Little Skiers use Worldpay's state of the art encryption techniques, and never retain your card details, ensuring high levels of security.

Do you keep hold of my payment card details?

Customers' card and account details are captured on Worldpay's secure servers, so Little Skiers do not have access to your card details when paying on-line.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please call us as soon as possible on 07796 377 799 and we can cancel your order at any time before its despatch.

Do you sell my information on to third parties?

Little Skiers Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will never share your details with any third party nor will we ever sell your details to another company.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

Credit/debit card details are never seen by Little Skiers, being dealt with the secure Merchant Payment system, Worldpay.  At Little Skiers, we do not have access to such information.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
