Our office opening times are Monday - Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm for telephone enquiries, assistance on products or anything concerning your order, including if you would like to request a special delivery rate.

    Please leave a message, if your call is not answered immediately, leaving your name, telephone number and details of your enquiry and we will call you back within 2 hours if it is during office hours.

    If you have a complaint, please call the above number as soon as possible, or email us with "complaint" in the subject line and your call/email will be responded to within 2 hours at a maximum.  We will endeavour to resolve all problems quickly and efficiently.

    CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES:

    Our office will be shut for the Christmas period, closing on Saturday 20th December at 5pm and re-opening on Monday 29th December 2008.  Orders can still be taken on-line but they will not acknowledged or processed until the 29th December.  We will be shut again on New Years Eve and New Years Day.  Normal working days resume afterwards.
